What forms of payment do you accept?

How long until I get my order?

Orders are usually processed within 72 hours. Shipping may take between 2-4 business days depending on your location. Normally, you will receive your order within 1 week considering there are no delays on your order.

What causes most delays?

If your Paypal shipping address is "Unconfirmed", your order will be put on hold until we verify that the purchase was indeed made by the credit card holder and is being shipped to the credit card holder's address. If the shipping address doesn't match the credit card billing address, that is a guarantee that your order will not be shipped right away. Are items guaranteed to be in stock?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock. We try to maintain our online store as much as possible but it's not always perfect.
